{Streets in St. Pauli}
There are many things to do and see in Hamburg and you can read all about it in my travel guide here, but apart from that Hamburg is such a diverse city, with a very strong hipster character hidden near the St Pauli area. You might walk near the Alster and see well-dressed business people going to work and at the same time if you take a walk near St Pauli you will discover fabulous murals, graffiti walls and lot’s of hipster street art and cute boutiques.
{Walking towards Hamburg city centre}
The beautiful murals around the St Pauli area were what caught my attention and especially the way they are integrated with the architecture. Whenever I visit a new place I enjoy walking the streets and getting lost as there are so many things to discover and see that if you follow the touristy routes you will miss. We discovered these murals below totally by accident when we got lost trying to look for a nice place to eat.
{Love these Graffiti walls}
Following the vibe of the hipster neighbourhood that we were staying in, I decided to go for a more relaxed and casual look for the first day, like my Tomboy look which you can see here. When travelling and walking around I want to be very comfortable wearing loose or stretchy clothes as I tend to swell while flying.
