Christmas time

Christmas time Just Kassi

Is anyone excited? A week till Christmas and I just can’t wait to get some time off work and get away to relax for a few days. I am heading to one of my favourite cities in the world for the Christmas holidays,  but I will not tell you now; I am saving it for a surprise. We have been planning this trip for a few weeks, and now that the days are getting closer we just can’t wait!

Before we head off though, I love going for my Christmas shopping or for a Christmas coffee in the beautifully decorated Powerscourt Town house centre. It has been one of my favourite places since I moved to Dublin and is one of my go to places for a quick cup of coffee or lunch. The warm atmosphere of the place especially at Christmas puts you in the right mood for the holiday season.

This Christmas I even got to buy my first Christmas jumper which you have probably seen here too. I have been wanting to buy one for a long time as the Christmas jumper tradition has been imprinted on me after living in Ireland for all this time. This year I got it right and I will be wearing it all this season.

My happy place

When I was asked by independent.ie to take part in the #Mindyourself campaign and write about my happy place, I didn’t believe that it would take me long to think about it. But I am so consumed by everyday life that when asked something as simple as that, it does take a while to think. […]
